Terms of Use & Service

1. Scope

These Terms govern access to iqconsultus.com, Journey Hub and general interactions with IQ ConsultUS. Paid consulting engagements may also be governed by a proposal, invoice, payment schedule or written service agreement. If a specific written agreement conflicts with these general Terms on pricing, scope, milestones or deliverables, the specific written agreement controls for that engagement.

2. What IQ ConsultUS provides

IQ ConsultUS provides education-consulting and student-journey support. Depending on the selected service, this may include profile assessment, university and program research, application planning, writing support, document review, application assistance, F-1 process preparation, interview preparation, transition guidance and student-life support.

• We are not a university, admissions office, scholarship provider or government authority.
• We do not control admissions decisions, scholarships, visa decisions, appointment availability, processing times or third-party policy changes.
• Unless expressly stated in writing, our services are advisory and support services rather than representation before a court, immigration authority or other legal tribunal.

3. No guaranteed outcome

Past outcomes, success rates, scholarship examples, student stories and estimates are contextual information and are not guarantees of future results. Admission, funding and visa outcomes depend on third parties and on the applicant's individual facts, documentation, conduct and eligibility.

4. Your responsibilities

IQ ConsultUS may pause or terminate work if continuing would require dishonesty, rule-breaking, unsafe conduct or misuse of a third-party system.

• Provide complete, truthful and accurate information and documents.
• Review all applications, forms, essays, financial information and official submissions before they are sent.
• Meet deadlines and respond promptly when your action or approval is required.
• Never ask IQ ConsultUS to fabricate credentials, alter official documents, misstate finances, hide material facts or submit false information.
• Maintain control of personal passwords, one-time codes and sensitive account credentials unless a specific secure workflow expressly provides otherwise.
• Follow university, testing, immigration and government rules applicable to your case.

5. Applications and account access

Where IQ ConsultUS assists with an application or portal, the student remains responsible for the truth and final accuracy of information submitted in the student's name. We may use client-provided access or approved tools only for the agreed purpose. We will not knowingly bypass security controls, impersonate a user contrary to platform rules, or defeat identity-verification requirements.

6. Fees and third-party costs

IQ ConsultUS professional fees are separate from university application fees, credential evaluations, tests, score reports, SEVIS fees, visa fees, deposits, courier charges, travel, insurance and other third-party costs unless a written proposal expressly says otherwise.

Currency conversions shown by IQ ConsultUS are planning references unless expressly fixed in writing. Banks, payment providers and third parties may apply their own exchange rates and charges.

7. Payment milestones

Fees may be structured around activation, admission, visa or other service milestones. A milestone payment is consideration for the relevant stage of professional work and capacity allocation, not a payment for a guaranteed outcome. Your proposal, invoice or payment schedule states the amounts and timing that apply to your engagement.

8. Intellectual property

IQ ConsultUS owns its website design, internal systems, templates, frameworks, research methods, branding and original materials unless stated otherwise. Clients may use deliverables prepared specifically for their own application or student journey for that intended personal purpose. You may not copy, resell, publish or commercially exploit IQ ConsultUS materials or systems without permission.

9. Journey Hub and acceptable use

We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, data, systems or legal compliance.

• Do not access another person's account or data without authorization.
• Do not upload malware, unlawful material or content you do not have the right to provide.
• Do not attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, access controls or security measures.
• Do not scrape, reverse engineer or use automated access in a way that harms or disrupts the service.

10. Third-party services

Universities, application platforms, scheduling providers, messaging platforms, cloud providers, testing services and government systems are independent third parties. IQ ConsultUS is not responsible for their outages, policy changes, decisions, security incidents or acts outside our reasonable control.

11. Limitation of responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, IQ ConsultUS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from third-party decisions, missed opportunities, system outages or information outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

If IQ ConsultUS is directly responsible for a proven service failure, any remedy will be assessed in light of the affected service, the fees paid for that service and applicable law. These Terms do not remove any non-waivable consumer rights.

12. Suspension and termination

Either party may end an engagement in accordance with the applicable proposal or service terms. IQ ConsultUS may suspend or terminate services for non-payment, abusive conduct, fraud, repeated non-cooperation, requests for dishonest submissions, security risks or material breach of these Terms. Refund treatment is governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy and any specific written agreement.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, subject to any mandatory rights or rules that apply to a particular consumer or transaction. The parties should first try in good faith to resolve a dispute directly. If that fails, disputes may be brought before a court of competent jurisdiction in Pakistan unless a binding written agreement provides another lawful process.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms as our services change. The effective date shows the current version. Changes do not retroactively alter a signed commercial agreement unless the parties agree or the law requires it.
