IQ ConsultUS is an independent education consultancy. We are not the US government, a US embassy or consulate, USCIS, SEVP, a university admissions office, a scholarship authority, a testing organization or a credential evaluator unless a specific written partnership expressly states otherwise.
2. No admission or scholarship guarantee
University and scholarship decisions are made by independent institutions. Research, strategy, editing, application support, historical outcomes or prior success do not guarantee admission, funding, a particular award amount or any other result.
3. Visa preparation is not a visa guarantee
IQ ConsultUS may help students understand the F-1 process, organize documents, prepare for interviews and review information for consistency. Visa decisions are made solely by authorized government officials. No consultant can guarantee approval.
4. Not legal or immigration representation
General education about F-1 student processes, OPT/STEM OPT concepts, SEVIS, status-related timelines or publicly available government procedures is not individualized legal advice. IQ ConsultUS does not hold itself out as a US immigration law firm or licensed immigration attorney. For legal interpretation, status violations, denials, complex immigration history or other matters requiring legal representation, seek advice from a qualified immigration lawyer or other properly authorized professional.
5. Applicant accuracy and final responsibility
The applicant is responsible for the truth, completeness and final accuracy of every application, financial representation, visa form, interview statement and official submission made in the applicant's name. IQ ConsultUS will not knowingly create or submit false information, fabricated documents or misleading claims.
6. Information changes
University requirements, application fees, scholarship rules, immigration procedures, government fees, appointment systems and processing times can change without notice. We aim to use current sources, but official institutional or government instructions control if they differ from prior guidance or third-party summaries.
7. Outcomes and published figures
Any success rates, scholarship totals, admissions figures, case studies or student stories on IQ ConsultUS channels describe historical or aggregated experience. They should not be interpreted as a promise that another student will receive the same result.
